OLD: Elisabeth Hoffman’s By-Laws and Policies investigation found that there is nothing in the current UUFBR Policies regarding kitchen procedures. However, there is a firm policy stating that all plantings on the property must be native plants. She has obtained the map of Boca Raton so that we can determine the neighborhoods adjacent to us that might consider working with us in the Neighborhood Alliance Sustainable Neighborhoods project, but did not bring it tonight. Robert Duchemin reports that Green Sanctuary news will be posted in Osias on the Adult Programs Board.
NEW: Robert Duchemin will investigate old kitchen policies that were prepared in the past.
OLD: Martha Nungesser was not present to report on her procurement of stickers.
All other Action Items were completed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
