As his country prepares for war, top Egyptian official Ashraf Marwan makes contact with Israel and wades into a shadowy game of high-stakes espionage. This movie works mostly on Ariel Vromen’s excellent direction and the masterful performance of Marwan Kenzai. A good-looking performance with a slow moving, complex real-life story from recent history that keeps us guessing and builds to a great climax.
