UUFBR Annual Congregational Meeting-2025

UUFBR’s Annual Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 12:00 noon. Registration and sign-in will begin following Sunday worship service. Congregants can attend in person in UUFBR’s Sanctuary, or on Zoom using the same Zoom link as used for the Sunday worship service.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to order; determination of quorum
Approval of Agenda
Presentation of 2024 Annual Report
Elections

a. Three Trustees for three-year terms

b. Filling Board vacancies due to recent resignations

c. Two members of the Endowment Committee for three-year terms

d. One member of the Nominating Committee for a three-year term

Thank you to retiring leaders
Approval of 2025-2026 Budget
Report by Stewardship Team on annual Stewardship campaign
Congregational Vote on Forgiveness of Endowment Loan
Adjournment

The Nominating Committee is submitting to the congregation a list of candidates it is recommending be elected. Other nominations may be made from the floor but only if the nominee has consented to such nomination and UUFBR’s Secretary has received prior to the start of the meeting a petition signed by ten members of UUFBR supporting such nomination. Voting may be made in person in the Sanctuary or on Zoom, or by proxy. Any proxy appointment must be received by UUFBR’s Secretary by 9:00 AM on the day of the meeting using the format shown below.. No member may cast more than two proxy votes for absent members.
