Food and fun outdoors, with a vendor EcoPark, a Green Kid Garden, and a Food Truck Rally.
LIVE MUSIC!
Community partner, the MG Foundation, created origami sculptures of panthers and lilies to raise awareness about the need for Everglades Restoration to preserve the habitat of the endangered Florida Panther.
The panthers were displayed at libraries, The Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society, and Aveda at the Town Center Mall Boca Raton.
WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS!
TOURS OF SUSTAINABLE BUILDINGS!
Community partner, The US Green Building Council South Florida Chapter, provided information about LEED Registered and certified buildings, and 8 properties partnered with the festival to open their doors to tours of sustainable schools, office buildings, and an Emergency Operations Center.
INTERFAITH SYMPOSIUM!
Community Partners The Interfaith Coalition of Palm Beach County, The Hearth, and Dominican Sisters hosted The Awakening the Dreamer Symposium at United Methodist Church in Boca Raton to explore our role in healing Earth.
