To date, the goals of the Healing Justice group are education and advocacy for those who experience injustices. We do outreach activities to both the UUFBR congregation and our community to help create justice that heals, thus our name, Healing Justice.
We continue to be with one another in virtual community at UUFBR. No longer do we meet in person. Now we come together via ZOOM. To see what we can accomplish in our restructured Covid-19 reality. What are we about? Our Mission is to continue to:
How can we accomplish these aims?
Please join us in our activities. Watch for more information about us in the Unicorn and Chalice Notes.

The Mystics and Metaphysics group gathers the second Sunday of the month at 6:30 pm to deepen and nurture individual spiritual quests through conversation and shared reflection.
In this time of physical distancing, this spiritual quest is hosted by Rev. Harris by ZOOM Session. We have decided to forgo the potluck dinner that was an important part of this sharing experience since its inception. We continue the deep sharing with conversation by joining in a ZOOM session at 6:30 PM. The monthly topics are set by the group members in September and are sent in the reminder invitation during the week before the 2nd Sunday of each month by the group coordinator, Mary Wikensheimer. You can join the group by requesting an invitation from Mary: plumbago@bellsouth.net
(The UUFBR Book Club meets monthly on the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 PM in the UUFBR via ZOOM session. Read and talk about books of interest to the group. Fun and enlightening book discussions.)
